Disorderly conduct, violating curfew among charges in weekend arrests

Police are releasing more information about arrests made over a weekend that saw peaceful protests and rioting.

EUGENE, Ore. – Police are releasing more information about arrests made over a weekend that saw peaceful protests and rioting.

RELATED: MULTIPLE ARRESTS MADE FOLLOWING PROTEST

Several people were charged with disorderly conduct and other crimes:

  • Rowan Johnson, 22, of Eugene: second-degree disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal mischief

  • Jennifer Woodruff, 47, of Eugene: second-degree disorderly conduct

  • Josie Hill, 29, of Eugene: second-degree disorderly conduct

  • Derrick Hoffer, 29, of Eugene: two warrants for assault and hit and run failure to appear

The rest were charged with violated the curfew order:

  • Seth Williams, 24
  • Ruby Jay-Mustofa, 21

  • Michael Kellogg, 20, of Eugene
  • Madeline Cowen, 24, of Eugene
  • Joshua Mcknight, 30, of Springfield

  • Miriam Valentine, 22

  • Tyler Hendry, 29

Three other people were arrested on Saturday, Eugene police said. They were each charged with violation of an emergency order:

  • Keelee Garia, 20, of Springfield
  • Samuel Yergler, 34, of Eugene
  • Donald Stokes, 49, of Eugene
