Driver injured after veering off I-5 in Creswell

Officials said the driver had minor injuries and was taken to the hospital.

CRESWELL, Ore – A person was injured in a crash on Interstate 5, near milepost 183 Saturday.

Officials said a driver drove off the roadway, through two barbed wire fences and ended up in a field.

They said the driver passed out from a medical episode. The driver had minor injuries and was taken to the hospital.

Officials said the driver had a dog with them, and that dog was temporarily taken to the Goshen fire station.
