Eugene, Ore. -- Boise State men's basketball and the University of Oregon signed a home-and-home agreement that would see both teams face each other in the 2018-2019 season. The first game will be played on December 15th at Matthew Knight Arena in Eugene, and then followed up with a trip to Taco Bell Arena in Boise on December 29th. Both games are part of a three game series, in which BSU will return to Oregon to face the Ducks in 2019-2020.

This is not the first time the Broncos have played a Pac-12 opponent twice in the same season, having done so against the University of Arizona in the 2015-2016 season. Boise State is 2-6 all time against Oregon, but have won two of the last three matchups. The Ducks dropped the most recent game on December 1st, 2017 by a score of 73-70.

Under head coach Leon Rice, Boise is 102-21 at home and a perfect 4-0 against teams from the Power 5 conferences. Two of those four wins include the University of Utah, and Oregon. Both the Ducks and Broncos were apart of the 2017 NIT, but neither team made it past the second round.

Boise State will be returning nine players and bringing on seven newcomers, and will be buoyed by junior Justinian Jessup, who averaged 11.6 points per game and shooting 45.7 from three point range. Oregon has the no. 4 recruiting class in the country, headlined by Bol Bol, and bring back several key components of their team last season.
