EUGENE, Ore. -- Oregon junior running back Travis Dye is expected to carry a majority of reps in the run game with CJ Verdell out for the season.

"My legs are ready," Dye said.  "I feel good. I feel healthy. I'm ready to do what the team needs me to do. If it's 20, it's 20. If it's 30, it's 30. If it's 10, it's 10."

Dye has rushed for 382 yards with three touchdowns this season.

He averages 12 carries per game recording a season-high 19 rushing attempts last week against Stanford.

Freshman running backs Trey Benson, Byron Cardwell and Seven McGee are in a positional for the backup running back spot behind Dye.

"They have more confidence then they ever had before," quarterback Anthony Brown said. "I'm just excited to see them play."

Oregon and Cal kick off at 7:30 P.M. on Friday at Autzen Stadium.
