ROSEBURG, Ore. -- The City of Roseburg has partnered with CCD Business Development Corporation to offer an opportunity for local, small businesses to receive economic aid due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Qualifying businesses can receive up to $25,000 in economic aid by applying for a COVID-19 Emergency Business Grant.
The grant was created for businesses that could not qualify for federal CARES Act funding. Small businesses with 25 or fewer employees can apply for economic relief through the program.
Grant amounts range between $2,500 and $25,000. It depends on some of the following criteria:
- Located in Coos, Curry or Douglas county
- Has 25 or fewer employees.
- Unable to access federal CARES Act funds

There is no deadline to apply. However, the funds are limited and applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
