EUGENE, Ore. -- Darren Woods, the man accused of shooting another man in Eugene more than a week ago, was captured in Susanville, California, officials said.
Woods, 55, was arrested Saturday, and is being held in the Lassen County jail on $75,000 bail. An extradition hearing has not yet been set.
The shooting incident happened on April 16, just after 10 p.m., in the 29000 block of Kelso Street in Eugene. The victim, a 56-year-old man, was found with gunshot wounds and taken to the hospital.
The shooting was believed to be related to an ongoing feud between the people involved, according to officials.
