NORTH BEND, Ore. --- A fatal crash that shut down Highway 101 at milepost 232 Sunday afternoon caused major traffic delays for travelers.
The crash happened three miles north of North Bend around 2:30 p.m.
The highway was closed for about two hours before a single lane opened up with flaggers providing traffic control. ODOT said travelers should expect congestion and delays until the second lane is opened.
At its worst, TripCheck said traffic was delayed anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 hours.
