Fire crews respond to wood pile fire at mill in Junction City

Fire Officials found a wood debris fire that was burning at a mill.

JUNCTION CITY, Ore. -- Harrisburg, Junction City Fire and Lane Fire Authority were called to the 29,000 block of Milliron road in Junction City on Monday evening.

Fire Officials found a wood debris fire that was burning at Wood Recovery wood-chipping mill.

Fire crews attacked the fire along with help from the mill crew.

Officials said the extent of damage and cause of the fire are unknown.

Fire crews will be there all night checking for hot spots.
