LEBANON, Ore. – Firefighters kept a barn from catching on fire Thursday morning.
The Lebanon Fire District responded to a fire in the 39300 block of Golden Valley Drive east of Lebanon just after 9 a.m.
Crews found a 33-foot camp trailer blowing smoke and flames against the wall of a 60-by-40 feet pole barn.
Quickly, firefighters put up a protective hose line between the trailer and the barn and put out the fire in the trailer.
Officials said the trailer was a total loss.
Investigators believe the fire was caused by an electrical failure in the area of the trailer’s refrigerator.
No one was injured.
