Firefighters quickly put out camper fire off Mount Hope

Residents living nearby told crews that the camper was not in use and no injuries were reported.

LEBANON, Ore. --- Lebanon firefighters responded to a camper fire off Mount Hope Drive Saturday around 4:00 p.m.

Crews arrived to a fully involved camper fire with no immediate exposures.

Crews were able to quickly bring the fire under control.

Residents living nearby told crews that the camper was not in use and no injuries were reported.

One truck and command vehicle responded from Lebanon and two water tenders and an engine responded from volunteer sub-stations. A total of seven firefighters arrived on scene to help put the fire out. 

We are still waiting to learn how much damage was done in that fire.
