The charges stem from two incidents in 2020.
LANE COUNTY, Ore. -- A Florence man is facing charges of arson and third-degree rape stemming from two different incidents in 2020.
Ethan Moshe Castle, 18, is accused of third-degree rape on or about Oct. 21, 2020, involving a victim under 16 years old.
He has also been accused of starting a fire that damaged property at an apartment complex in the 1700 block of 8th Street in Florence. He is charged with first-degree arson in that case.
Castle is scheduled to be back in court on Feb. 25.
