According to the World Health Organization, before touching a mask, clean your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.
When you put it on, make sure there aren't any gaps between your face and the mask.
Avoid touching the mask while using it and replace it as soon as it's damp.
Don't reuse single-use masks. Throw the mask away in a closed bin and then wash your hands again.
To remove the mask, take it off from behind and don't touch the front.
Even if you're wearing a mask, you still need to practice social distancing.
