JUNCTION CITY, Ore. -- An Idaho man was arrested for kidnapping and has been charged after he took a Junction City teenager back to Boise, according to Junction City Police
According to Junction City Police, Robert William Havery, 39, has been charged with two counts of sexual battery on a minor and one count of first degree kidnapping. However, police say the investigation in ongoing in both Oregon and Idaho and there could be more charges.
Havery was arrested by Boise police.

Mildred Sweaney, 17, was reported missing on Saturday. Detectives say they found Sweaney at Havery's home. They said there was no evidence she was taken or held against her will.
