Lane County adds 101 cases, 3 deaths

More than 7,000 people have received at least their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

EUGENE, Ore. – Lane County Public Health reported 101 new COVID-19 cases on Monday and three more deaths.

There have been 7,879 cases since the start of the pandemic, including both confirmed and presumptive cases.

The death toll has reached 103.

As of today, 30 people are in the hospital, up six from the county’s last update. Five of those cases are in intensive care.

Officials added 433 people are infectious and 544 are under monitoring.
