Lane County adds 26 cases Tuesday

EUGENE, Ore. -- Lane County Public Health reported Tuesday the county has added 26 new COVID-19 cases.

This brings the total since the start of the pandemic to 2,419, including confirmed and presumptive cases.

Of the total, 27 people have died. A total of 12 people remain in the hospital, three fewer than the day before. Officials said 175 people are infectious.

There have been more than 81,200 negative tests.
