Lane County adds 8 COVID-19 cases

Currently, only 40 cases are considered infectious.

EUGENE, Ore. – There are eight new cases of coronavirus in Lane County on Tuesday.

Lane County Public Health said the county total of confirmed and presumptive cases is now at 536 since the start of the pandemic.

Currently, only 40 cases are considered infectious. This is down five from the day before. Four people remain hospitalized.

More than 42,000 tests have been conducted.
