Lane County adds 81 cases over weekend

The new cases were recorded between 8 a.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Monday.

EUGENE, Ore. -- Lane County Public Health reported 81 new coronavirus cases on Monday.

The new cases were recorded between 8 a.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Monday.

Since the start of the pandemic, the county has seen a total of 2,393 confirmed and presumptive cases. Of those, 27 have died, 15 are in the hospital, 181 remain infectious and 708 are under monitoring.

There have been more than 81,100 negative tests.
