Deputies investigating vandalism reports in Veneta area

The vandalism likely occurred Saturday evening or early Sunday morning.

VENETA, Ore. -- Lane County Sheriff's deputies are asking for the public’s help identifying who is responsible for several incidents of vandalism in the Veneta area over the weekend.

The Lane County Sheriff’s Office received multiple reports of vehicles being spray painted. The vandalism likely occurred Saturday evening or early Sunday morning.

One report said a rock was thrown through a vehicle window in that same time frame.

Deputies are investigating. Anyone with information on who is responsible is asked to contact the sheriff’s office at 541-682-4141.
