EUGENE, Ore. – Lane County Public Health announced two new coronavirus cases on Wednesday, in addition to the cases announced by the Oregon Health Authority.
The new cases include a man in his 20s from the Eugene-Springfield area who lives in a private residence and a woman in her 50s from outside that area who also lives in a private residence. Officials said they were both hospitalized but are now at home.

Anyone who had contact with these people will be contacted by public health officials. The investigation is ongoing. If a public exposure point is identified, more information will be released to the public.
Lane County now has 20 cases.
