Lane County reports 13 new cases Thursday

EUGENE, Ore. – Lane County public health officials reported 13 new COVID-19 cases Thursday morning.

This brings the county total to 180, including both confirmed and presumptive cases. One person is currently in the hospital. More than 24,140 tests have been conducted.

The announcement comes on the second day of a statewide mask requirement. Under Gov. Kate Brown’s rules, Oregonians must wear a face covering when in indoor public spaces with a few exceptions.
