EUGENE, Ore. -- One more Lane County resident has tested positive for coronavirus, public health officials said Monday evening.
This comes after four new cases were announced Monday morning. The county total of cases is now 43.
Officials said the new case is a woman in her 50s who lives in a private residence in the Eugene-Springfield area. She is medically stable at home.
The case is an example of household transmission, they said.
Anyone who had contact with her will be contacted by Lane County Public Health. The investigation is ongoing.
