LEBANON, Ore. -- Former Lebanon city manager Gary Marks will be receiving more than $96,000 after resigning, according to the severance agreement KEZI 9 News obtained in a public records request.
This follows Marks being put on paid administrative leave in August.

His resignation was approved by a unanimous vote of the city council. The city council took a vote during a meeting Aug. 29 following an executive session at the Lebanon Senior Center.
Ron Whitlatch was named interim city manager effective Aug. 29.
Neighbors who have lived in Lebanon their whole lives say the sudden departure raises questions in their mind, but they trust their city.
"I think every part of the city whether it's the fire department, police department, public works -- they all work pretty well together and they go out of their way to make sure the city sees that," said Joshua Fair.
City officials will be discussing the next steps at a meeting on Wednesday.
