LEBANON, Ore. – A Lebanon man was arrested Wednesday after police said he sexually abused a girl under the age of 6.
James Plagmann, 45, faces one count of first-degree unlawful sexual penetration and two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor. He was taken to the Linn County Jail.
An investigation began after a report that the man had inappropriate contact with a child who is known to him. The alleged crimes happened May 24. There do not appear to be additional victims at this time.
In 2013, Plagmann was arrested for a similar crime, police said.
The investigation is ongoing. If you have any information, contact detective Chad Christenson at 541-258-4324 at the Lebanon Police Department.
