LEBANON, Ore. – A Lebanon man has been arrested for multiple sex crimes related to alleged contact he had with an underage girl, police said.
Cody Lamar Baker, 20, was arrested early Sunday afternoon by Lebanon police on charges alleging he had sexual contact with an underage girl. The alleged crimes occurred at several locations within the Lebanon city limits, police said. At this time, police do not know of any other victims.
Baker was arrested on charges of third-degree rape, third-degree sodomy, second-degree sex abuse, contributing to the sexual delinquency of a minor, second-degree encouraging child sex abuse and tampering with evidence. He was taken to Linn County Jail.
