Lebanon woman accused of dealing drugs

The woman also faces charges of criminal mistreatment and child neglect.

LEBANON, Ore. – A Lebanon woman accused of dealing drugs has been arrested, police said.

On Friday, officers served a search warrant in the 2700 block of S. 7th Street and CJ Lutz, 34, was arrested.

Dealer amounts of multiple drugs were reportedly found at the location. Police said they seized heroin, methamphetamine, suspected fentanyl, digital scales, packaging material, cash and other drug paraphernalia.

Lutz faces charges of possession and delivery of heroin and meth, first-degree criminal mistreatment and first-degree child neglect.

Police said they have had numerous contacts with Lutz involving arrests, disturbances and drug-related calls.
