EUGENE, Ore. -- While many took advantage of Black Friday, small businesses are preparing for Small Business Saturday.
Tomorrow 18 downtown businesses will open their doors to the community, hoping to get good local support.

Organizers said a welcoming tent will be set up at Kesey Square, where they will hand out totes and other giveaways.
The city of Eugene will also host live holiday music.
"Different businesses will be doing different things, we'll be serving holiday cookies," Susan Costa, owner of Mosaic Fair Trade Collection, said. "Some businesses may be offering discounts."
Costa said all businesses will have signs announcing they are part of Small Business Saturday.
Businesses are scheduled to open at 10 a.m.
