EUGENE, Ore. – A Eugene man was arrested Tuesday night, accused of providing alcohol to underage girls.

Just before midnight, officers responded to a home in the 3900 block of Bell Avenue to look for a recently reported runaway.

Police said they found alcohol and marijuana inside the home, along with paraphernalia.

A 17-year-old girl was on the couch, and officers also found two 14-year-old girls and a 13-year-old girl hiding behind a shed, police said.

Ely Macias, 31, the resident of the home, was arrested on charges of three counts of unlawful delivery of marijuana and providing liquor to a person under 21.

Officers contacted the girls’ parents and they were reunited.
