COOS BAY, Ore. – A transient man is accused of locking a woman in a home in Coos Bay and tearing her clothes off.

The Coos County Sheriff’s Office said a neighbor called them to a home on Wygant Road early Tuesday morning.

Deputies said Kekoa Domen, 29, was holding the woman captive.

They said Domen fought back when they tried to arrest him, injuring a deputy’s nose.

Domen was taken to jail, where deputies said he wouldn’t cooperate to get a mugshot. He is facing kidnapping charges.
