Vinis, Farr, Lundberg, Perlow win re-election

As of Wednesday morning, Eugene Mayor Lucy Vinis has obtained 68% of the vote.

The race for Springfield mayor was closer, with incumbent Christine Lundberg taking 58% of the vote.

Lane County DA Patty Perlow also took the lead with 69% of the vote.

The Lane Community College bond passed with 58% of the vote.

For Secretary of State, the Democratic primary was pretty well split between three candidates, with Mark Hass and Shemia Fagan nearly tying, each at nearly 36% of the vote. Hass came out in the lead narrowly. In the Republican primary, Kim Thatcher won by a landslide, with 85% of the vote.

Roseburg's school bond failed to pass.

Voter turnout was at nearly 46% as of Wednesday morning.
