STAYTON, Ore. – Two men wanted in a mass shooting in Alabama were found in Oregon, the Marion County Sheriff’s Office said.
At about noon on Sunday, deputies initiated a traffic stop on a car with an Alabama license plate in Stayton.
Inside was Frederic Rogers, 22, and John Legg, 19. Warrants have been out for their arrest since June 19.
Both were taken to the Marion County Jail and are waiting to be sent back to Alabama.
They are facing charges of capital murder.
