UPDATE: The 95-year-old woman who went missing on Thursday was found safe Friday morning and taken home after being evaluated by medical personnel.
She was found at the Fred Meyer store on Q Street in Springfield.
SPRINGFIELD, Ore. -- The Springfield Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 95-year-old Zhen Liang.
Liang was last seen on the evening of Dec. 6 at her residence on Northridge Drive in Springfield.
Family reports that Liang goes on several walks a day but is generally home by evening. Liang has no known medical or mental health issues and does not take medication.
Liang is described as an Asian female, 4 feet 8 inches tall, who weighs less than 100 pounds, with medium length black/gray hair, and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a dark brown hooded jacket and black pants. Liang does not speak English and speaks Cantonese only.
