ROSEBURG, Ore. – A Myrtle Creek man died in a single-vehicle crash on Saturday night.
The crash happened at about 11:25 p.m. in the 3000 block of Buckhorn Road east of Roseburg. Deputies who responded to the crash found that a 2001 Ford F-150 pickup truck had left the roadway and rolled.
Brandon Martin, 30, of Myrtle Creek was driving the truck and was killed in the crash. The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said Martin was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the pickup truck.
Alcohol and speed are believed to be contributing factors to the crash, the sheriff’s office said.
