New Coos, Lane, Linn cases added to OHA count

There are 181 new cases statewide.

SALEM, Ore. – There are 181 new confirmed and presumptive coronavirus cases in the state, Oregon Health Authority reported on Tuesday.

This brings the state total to 8,656.

The new cases include 19 in Clackamas, one in Coos, 10 in Deschutes, five in Jackson, 12 in Jefferson, two in Josephine, three in Klamath, two in Lake, seven in Lane, three in Lincoln, four in Linn, seven in Malheur, 25 in Marion, 38 in Multnomah, two in Polk, nine in Umatilla, 10 in Union, one in Wasco, 18 in Washington and three in Yamhill.

Three more have died, raising the death toll to 207. They are all from Marion County. A 74-year-old man, 93-year-old man, and a 66-year-old woman have died. OHA said they all had underlying medical conditions.
