EUGENE, Ore. – Newly released court documents show that Nathan Oeming, a well-known financial advisor and community board member, was arrested in a Dairy Queen parking lot near Sheldon High School.

Oeming admitted he was there to meet an underage girl, police said, but added that he did not intend to have sexual intercourse with her.

An arresting officer reported that Oeming had an unopened box of condoms and $128 in cash when he was arrested.

Detective David Burroughs wrote in a probable cause affidavit that he posed as a 15-year-old high school student and placed an "undercover ad for juvenile prostitution on an online website designed solely for prostitution."

Burroughs said Oeming, 40, responded to the ad via text message.

Oeming now faces a charge of first-degree online sexual corruption of a child.
