OHA: 69 new cases statewide

The Oregon Health Authority announced 69 new positive cases of coronavirus across the state Sunday morning, bringing the total to 548.

PORTLAND, Ore.-- The Oregon Health Authority announced 69 new positive cases of coronavirus across the state Sunday morning, bringing the total to 548. 

In our area, four new cases were announced in Linn County. Lane County Public Health also announced two new positive test results Sunday morning.

Other counties with new cases include Clackamas, Deschutes, Hood River, Jackson, Josephine, Klamath, Marion, Multnomah, Polk, Tillamook, Wasco and Washington counties.

The number of COVID-19 deaths in the state remains at 13. Officials provided updated information about the 93-year-old Yamhill County man whose death was announced Saturday. OHA has learned that the man had underlying health conditions.
