SALEM, Ore. – Oregon Health Authority added 171 new coronavirus cases to its count on Wednesday.
These new cases include confirmed and presumptive cases and bring the state total to 7,444.
The new cases include two in Benton, eight in Clackamas, one in Clatsop, four in Deschutes, two in Jackson, three in Jefferson, three in Klamath, nine in Lincoln, one in Linn, five in Malheur, 13 in Marion, 45 in Multnomah, one in Polk, 35 in Umatilla, five in Union, two in Wasco, 31 in Washington and one in Yamhill.
There are three new deaths, bringing the death toll to 195.
The new deaths include a 63-year-old Lincoln County man, 78-year-old Clackamas County man and an 87-year-old Marion County woman. OHA said the former did not have underlying medical conditions, but the other two did.
A case reported in Hood River County has been determined to not be a case.
