PORTLAND, Ore. – Oregon Health Authority reported 272 new confirmed and presumptive COVID-19 cases on Monday.
This brings the state total since the start of the pandemic to 19,366.
The new cases include three in Baker, two in Benton, 21 in Clackamas, two in Clatsop, one in Coos, three in Deschutes, two in Douglas, nine in Jackson, one in Jefferson, two in Josephine, two in Klamath, five in Lane, four in Lincoln, six in Linn, three in Malheur, 27 in Marion, one in Morrow, 49 in Multnomah, seven in Polk, one in Sherman, two in Tillamook, 64 in Umatilla, nine in Wasco, 19 in Washington and 27 in Yamhill.
There are also two new deaths, bringing the death toll to 328.
In Marion County, a 71-year-old man died Aug. 1. He had underlying conditions, OHA said.
And in Multnomah County, a 50-year-old man died July 29. It is not known at this time whether or not he had underlying conditions.
