PORTLAND, Ore. – The Oregon Health Authority reported 416 new confirmed and presumptive cases of coronavirus on Thursday.
This brings the state total to 18,131.
The new cases include three in Baker, seven in Benton, 22 in Clackamas, two in Clatsop, three in Columbia, four in Coos, two in Crook, 15 in Deschutes, two in Douglas, five in Hood River, 10 in Jackson, 12 in Jefferson, one in Klamath, one in Lake, 10 in Lane, two in Lincoln, four in Linn, 18 in Malheur, 38 in Marion, nine in Morrow, 61 in Multnomah, seven in Polk, 101 in Umatilla, one in Union, two in Wasco, 63 in Washington, and 11 in Yamhill.
OHA said the high number of cases reported today in Umatilla County is due to a delay in processing for their electronic laboratory reports.
There are also five new deaths. All had underlying conditions, OHA said. They include a 78-year-old Umatilla County man, 85-year-old Multnomah County man, 68-year-old Umatilla County woman, 66-year-old Multnomah County man, and an 82-year-old Multnomah County man.
