ROSEBURG, Ore. – Oregon State Police have cited an Oregon Liquor Control Commission employee with second-degree theft.

The OLCC said an internal audit found that $250 in cash had gone missing from license payments made in-person at the Roseburg office.

It was discovered in late March, and OSP has completed their criminal investigation. Now, OLCC has launched an internal investigation and will review procedures and change any that may have allowed the alleged theft to happen.

The Roseburg OLCC office remains open, but visitors must schedule appointments in advance.
