OSP investigating string of shootings on I-5

In the past several weeks, OSP has investigated five vehicles that were hit by bullets between Roseburg and Grants Pass.

ROSEBURG, Ore. – An investigation is underway after reports of multiple shootings on Interstate 5 from Roseburg to Grants Pass, Oregon State Police said.

In the past several weeks, OSP has investigated five vehicles that were hit by bullets between mileposts 67 and 100.

The public’s help is requested in identifying the person or people responsible.

No injuries have been reported.

If you are traveling in the area and believe your vehicle has been hit by a bullet, call 911, note the time and location and if possible, continue out of the area.
