Officials identify body found in southern Oregon river

Police said the man was a 27-year-old who was reported missing in January.

JOSEPHINE COUNTY, Ore. -- Oregon State Police have identified a man found dead in southern Oregon.

An autopsy was performed on the body of a man found in the Rouge River on Feb. 16. Oregon State Police said a body found by a rafter near the Graves Creek area.

The medical examiner was able to positively identify the man as Ryne Taylor Nace, 27.

Nace was reported missing on Jan. 12. He was last seen near the Argo boat ramp, a quarter mile from where his body was found.
