EUGENE, Ore. -- A pickup truck is partially submerged in the middle of the Willamette River Monday.
It was spotted near Beltline before noon.
Officials with the Lane County Sheriff's Office said they don't know how the truck got in the water, but it's fairly easy for a vehicle to get pulled in if just one of the tires goes underwater.
At this time, officials don't believe anyone is inside the vehicle, but they will be able to confirm that once it gets pulled out. Marine patrol search and rescue is on scene working with local tow companies to recover the truck.
