EUGENE, Ore. – Police have arrested a teenager who allegedly evaded an officer on a motorcycle earlier this month in Eugene.
After reaching out to the public for help identifying the man pictured in the incident, police said they have identified the suspect as Dakota Bradley Osborn, 19, of Eugene.
The incident happened the morning of Sept. 15 in the area of West 18th Avenue and City View Street. A motorcycle officer reportedly tried to stop the teen, who was also on a motorcycle, after he made an improper left turn. The operator didn’t stop and continued west, driving dangerously, on West 18th Avenue and then on West 11th Avenue, police said.
Osborn, who was arrested on Monday, was taken to the Lane County Jail on a felony charge of eluding by vehicle.
