Police make two more riot arrests

EUGENE, Ore. – Police have made two more arrests connected to the May riot. As of now, 21 suspects have been arrested.

Several businesses downtown were vandalized and looted during the riot, which took place May 29 overnight into the following day.

Michaela Grady, 18, and Devin Nordman, 23, were arrested after a traffic stop at Barger Drive and Echo Hollow Road just before 1 p.m. on Monday.

Grady was taken to the Lane County Jail for three counts of second-degree burglary, three counts of first-degree theft and three counts of riot.

Nordman was taken to the jail for a parole violation warrant and charges of second-degree burglary, first-degree theft and riot.
