Police: Missing Springfield man found

Michael Ray has been found, according to officials

SPRINGFIELD, Ore. -- A few hours after a 67-year-old Springfield man was reported missing, police announced he has been found.

"Michael Dean Ray’s whereabouts are known and no longer of interest," police said.

Michael Ray had last been seen on Nov. 17 at RiverBend Hospital, authorities said. He has medical issues and takes a wide variety of medication. Police said Ray wears prescriptions glasses but it was unknown if he was wearing them.

Police said they received information that Ray was possibly in the Creswell area.
