CAMAS VALLEY, Ore. – Police are asking for the public’s help after a buck deer carcass was dumped along Signal Tree Road near Camas Valley.
Oregon State Police said an OSP Fish & Wildlife trooper responded to the area on Sunday and found the deer. They said only the head had been removed and the meat was wasted and left to rot.

The TIP program offers preference point rewards and cash rewards for information leading to an arrest or citation in the unlawful taking, possession or waste of big game animals.
Cash rewards can also be awarded for turning in people who destroy habitat, illegally obtain licenses or tags and unlawfully lend or borrow big game tags.
