Resolution to expel Rep. Nearman moves to House floor

A committee has approved the resolution.

SALEM, Ore. – A legislative committee unanimously approved a resolution to expel Rep. Mike Nearman on Thursday over the breach at the Oregon Capitol.

Nearman was seen on security cameras opening the door to the Capitol and allowing violent protesters into the building on Dec. 21, 2020.
