ROSEBURG, Ore. -- Salad lovers rejoice because Sizzler is coming back to Roseburg four months after it went on an indefinite furlough.
The restaurant was closed in August due to COVID-19 restrictions.

However, staff said they will be reopened by Sizzler USA instead of Double S Foods, the Springfield-based restaurant company that owned the Roseburg location and seven others in Oregon.
They said they are also bringing back all of the employees who were laid off before they closed.
Many customers said they’re already looking forward to the reopening.
“The food is wonderful, it’s always fresh, it’s always more than enough and it’s always at a reasonable price,” said Olyvia Flynn. “I’m literally lost without it.”
The restaurant has served the Roseburg area for more than 40 years and has become a staple to the community.
It will be open for takeout and delivery only to comply with Gov. Kate Brown’s guidelines.
Staff said they expect to reopen sometime this week.
