ROSEBURG, Ore. - The Roseburg Warming Center located at Foundation Fellowship in Downtown Roseburg on the corner of Rose and Lane will be open Tuesday night and Wednesday night, December 20 and 21. It will also be open on Christmas Eve, December 24, no matter what the weather conditions are.

Their doors open at 7pm and close at 10:45pm to ensure that everyone who stays there gets a good nights sleep.

Roseburg Dream Center:

They're currently looking for volunteers and donations to make the holidays as special and as helpful as possible. Staff with the warming center said many of their volunteers used to be homeless. In the case of two volunteers, Rebecca Buckley and Phillip Bach, they're currently homeless.

”We know how difficult it is to serve people as well as there’s so many needs," said Rebecca Buckley.

“And they give to us in so many different ways. It’s the only way we can give back to them," said Phillip Bach.

Right now they're in need of sleeping bags, tents, coats, socks, hats, gloves, and anything else that would be helpful for them to send people off with on Christmas morning.

If you're interested in volunteering or donating you can call the Dream Center at 541-673-5918 or contact them on Facebook.
