ROSEBURG, Ore. – A family is without a home Tuesday after a fire in Roseburg.
Firefighters responded to 166 SE Hoover Avenue at about 9 a.m. and found a single-story home with smoke coming out of the eaves.
There was no one in the home at the time of the fire.
The building sustained structural and water damage, the Roseburg Fire Department said.
Two adults and five children have been displaced, but no one was injured. The American Red Cross is helping the family.
An investigation showed the fire was accidental and most likely electrical, officials said.
Ten firefighters responded, and Umpqua Valley Ambulance, Avista Utilities, Roseburg police and Pacific Power assisted.
